Why have I started now ? To be completely honest I don't really know. A neighbour needed help today to recover a PC and of course as usual it's my door that gets the knock. Anyway, during the course of the recovery she asked for advice about application suites. Her college insists essays are submitted in .DOC format, so she assumed she HAD to buy a copy of MS Office. "Have you though of using online application suites" was met with the kind of blank stare I'm getting used to. "Have you heard of Google" brought a smile of recognition though so I volunteered to take a peek at Google Docs for her. Setting that up led me into creating a blog and here I am.
Anyway, no doubt I'll post like mad for a few weeks then completely forget it. Maybe see you soon.
